How to get a Capitec Bank Proof of Payment from the Capitec App

You can get a Capitec Bank Proof of Payment from the Capitec Bank App using the steps below. Only beneficiary proof of payments can be done on the app or internet banking. For online purchases it is not possible

1. Log in to the Capitec App
2. Go to Transact.
3. Select Beneficiary.
4. Click on the menu (3 dots in the right hand corner of the screen).
5. Select: History.
6. Select transaction.
7. Select: Resend Payment Notification.
